Don’t skim it, read it in entirety. I also suggest you structure your document so it’s easy to follow. Look at the linked post I shared. It tells you exactly what we want.

Yes, I think that is a good summary - perhaps one change I would make is that I’d imagine the health worker to immediately issue the report (which we call ‘birth notification document’) to the mother, so we’re not too concerned about the database side of things.

Proof of concept is code. Why do you think everyone is sharing githib repos? I said GitHub – you created mockups – I said just code an app with the ui only and just fake data.

No, you need to share the code with us and we’ll run and verify it. The objective is to show that you can write clean code.
