Hey, I am an outreachy applicant and would like to contribute to this project. Please help me find my first issue.

Hello, I am an outreachy applicant and I would like to be a part of this project. I need to know about an Issue that I could work on.

Hey! The project looks quite interesting to me as I’m a software developer and am familiar with docker and other container orchestration tools. I generally use latex for documentation. I’m on the first task. Looking forward to share with you soon. :slight_smile:

You all need to join our chat. All information is there. Everything you need to get started is included on the outreachy project page.

The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail and part of that is reading all the documentation and being able to largely condense it down for people who may not be familiar. You can of course link to authoritative sources such as the official documentation. The Docker documetation is actually pretty good.

I created two PRs with changes to the documentation. I don’t know if I have to duplicate them here (they were merged). I also made a guide on Docker installation for Windows10. You can find it here: https://github.com/Olena23/docker-installation-pc/blob/master/Docker_installation_PC.md

If you would – merge this with our current guide?

Done! https://gitlab.com/librehealth/toolkit/lh-toolkit-docker/merge_requests/3

I added a new section in the README.md of the lh-radiology-docker repository on GitLab on how to set up DICOM Web Viewer variables. :slightly_smiling_face: https://gitlab.com/librehealth/radiology/lh-radiology-docker/merge_requests/6

I updated README.md, included screenshots for all steps, removed a section on pulling individual containers (this is done later when using docker-compose up), created a README file for Windows with steps on Docker installation and running the project and moved screenshots to a separate directory Images

@r0bby

Sure. I have tried to connect on chat window, but the below chat URL is not working, kindly suggest.

What errors are you getting?

It is taking long time to load

Try now. It has worked for everyone else, should work now.

It’s working now, thanks
