My, my how time flies! We’re currently in the homestretch. There are some minor housekeeping items I need to address, I will post a reminder when final evals open for both mentors and students.
We have two weeks remaining. Your code should be feature complete by 14 August at 1600 UTC. That means you have hit every milestone and have a working project. Spend the remaining week ironing out bugs and working on documentation. Please work out what these final milestones look like with your mentors.
Students, you are required to submit a code sample to Google as part of your final evaluation. Please ensure you have this ready.
As a final note, it would be nice if you were able to demo your work. Make a 5-10 minute video and post it in the #community:gsoc with the following tags: gsoc2017, gsoc2017-final-demos. These demos should be created before the final evaluation window opens on 21 August 2017 at 1600 UTC.
Mentors will begin doing theirs on 29 August 2017 at 1600 UTC.
