  • Optimized and updated the code with best practices as reviewed by the mentor on the last commit.

  • Discussed with mentor on MRs and upcoming tasks
  • Research and code base understanding of current top kaggle RSNA model for Mammography cancer classification
  • WIP in development and integration of RSNA model. Expect to push an MR by early next week.

What I plan to do next week?

  • Code understanding and start development to connect the React OHIF framework with the Controllers

What progress have you made this week?

  1. Implemented Add/Update Baby Details Screen

  2. Implemented Temperature Chart Screen

  3. Had a very important discussion with our mentor @sunbiz about some modifications that mainly include these 2 parts:

    1. Some modifications on the temperature chart screen:

      • The chart should allow the user to zoom in on specific areas
      • The chart should have the high-temperature and low-temperature icons on any part with critically low or critically high temperatures.
      • Unit scaling when converting from Celsius to Fahrenheit and vice versa.
      • The chart should be more flexible to indicate other vitals, too.

    2. Some modifications regarding the responsiveness of the screens in general:

      • Ensuring the responsiveness of all the screens across different screen resolutions.
      • Ensuring that every screen has a working landscape view besides the portrait view.

What do I plan to do next week?

  1. Fix the above issues with the temperature chart screen
  2. Finish the Training Modules Screens (2 screens)
  3. Implement the routing of all the app
  4. Fix the above issues with the responsiveness of the screens in general
