And just as a note for those that didn’t yet hear:
I have set up a Florida non-profit corporation, Humanitech Inc., with a single incorporator (me) and currently no directors. If we need a corporate entity for any reason in the short term we can use it. The domain names are registered to it. All it has in terms of legal structure right now is a statement of corporate purpose filed with the State of Florida:
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, TRAINING, AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED IN INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT, RELIEF SERVICES, AND OTHER HUMANITARIAN INITIATIVES.
I would not recommend doing anything much with it until we make a serious decision to move forward, and only then with expert legal advice.
