Migration away from Rackspace

Hello everybody,

In the coming weeks, we will be gradually moving all of our services from Rackspace since we are losing our discount which makes our costs for hosting $0 up to $2000/month at the end of this year.

We will be splitting our services between DigitalOcean and Oregon State University Open Source Labs (OSUOSL) OpenStack platform.

We will do everything we can to ensure that services are not disrupted. This thread will be used for updates and notices. We will aim to have the move completed within the next couple of weeks.

Update to add: We also got $10,000 USD in Azure credits.

This migration is going to happen this week. Likely to be completed by Friday.

Radiology Demo has been moved. No changes are necessary to continue using it.
