Redesigning the project pages on librehealth.io and maybe redesigning our localhost, is one thing that could be key to patient UI to give an attractiveness other than the white and blue, maybe add more of a LibreHealth feel to the local host.

You know all of that can be done outside any program - GSoC, Outreachy etc. We still work outside the programs and code contributions at any time are welcome. Our website repo is here - LibreHealth / Steering Committee / librehealth.io · GitLab

We sort-of kind-of have a start on a telemedicine project, and for whatever reason I think it is going to be a popular project. If we want FHIR to be of a lot of interest, we might need to subsume that idea for the GSOC.

…then again…?
