Yep been down since 8:30 EST as I know of, That is when I tried to access it
cc @r0bby @downey and @sunbiz or anyone else with the infra know how … Any idea of why chat is down?

Sorry for the delays getting this back up … found a flaw in our distributed server management architecture and now know how to prevent it going forward!
