# Diversity Charter for events

I would like for us to sign on to this charter. Please take a look and let me know what you think either way!

This is notwithstanding a code of conduct and other diversity outreach programs, which I think we should have too. More on all those later. 🙂

Heh … I tend to favor the word “inclusion” as the method, and “diversity” as the result.
